Share Six - November - Nature

Hello and welcome to this months  edition of the Share Six blog, our new theme will be ~ nature ~

Spending time in nature is definitely good for the soul - I try to get out for a walk every day and most of the time I take  my camera and Lensbaby lenses with my Omni crystals to see what magic I can capture.  I highly recommend it -  as  you walk your body soaks up Vitamin D from the sun, which not only helps keep your bones healthy, but also boosts your happiness levels. Walking in nature  also helps to raise your endorphin levels and helps reduce the symptoms of depression. Photography also has a number of therapeutic benefits  linked to our mental health as it allows us to detach from our stresses and responsibilities and improves our mood.  Give it a go yourself!
