Hello and welcome to this months edition of the Share Six blog, our new theme will be the ~ Adamski Effect ~ This month we have pushed ourselves to try something new, the Adamski effect involves duplicating your photo (in Photoshop or similar editing program), and then on the top layer selecting just your main subject so that it remains in sharper focus, then on the lower background layer using some type of motion or path blur to create a beautiful blurry, dreamy background. Here are a few from my first attempts at this process, not perfect but quite fun and I learnt something new! Here is a tutorial if you want to try it yourself : https://youtu.be/0EVka8tbwg4 “Creativity takes courage. ” ― Henri Matisse “The worst enemy to creativity is self-doubt.” ― Sylvia Plath I hope you enjoy my interpretation of the theme, remember to click on the link below and follow the blog circle to see what the other talented Share Six ladies have come up with this month!
